Skin 79 Snail Nutrition BB cream review

Hello ^--^
I just realised what a bad blogger I have been, I mean if I'm reading a blog I get angry if they don't update it atleast once a week haha let alone once a month.

But I am back with a review ^-^b

I got this BB cream around a month ago, maybe a little longer from cosmetic-love.com
You can see the picture of my haul in the last post
Anyway I have had plenty of time to use and test this, so lets start with the packaging....

This BB cream includes the ingredient Snail secretion filtrate, did this put me off?
Not really no, I mean I could see why it would put people off but it didn't bother me!
The BB cream has both UV A and UV B protection with SPF 45

The box says
"Protecting the skin from both UV A and UV B, the tri-functional snail BB cream brightens the dark and dull skin tone, and maintains the skin clean and supple with it's whitening and wrinkle-improving effects"

This BB cream is also Paraben free yaaaay!!!!

I love the packaging it looks really expensive and luxurious, and I love the pump design, it's very hygeniec and easy to get the product out.. The only downside I can see is that the both the bottle and box stain really easily, you can see bb cream finger prints all over them. They are easy to wipe off though.

Now onto swatches....

This swatch is taken under direct sunlight, it actually looks lightly orange here but it isn't that orange in really life.

Partially swatched and blended,
you can see the colour is a little off for me.
I am extremely pale and so my past experience with BB creams have been mixed.
My Skin 79 VIP gold BB cream matched pretty well, even though it had a slight grey cast.
I would have repurchased but it contains parabens and I am trying to but products without them.
My Innisfree eco cover and Lioele triple function was too dark for me.

This BB cream for me had a very strange colour, It had quite strong pink undertones which is good becasue I have slightly pink skin, but the pink was almost too strong for me. Also it has quite strong orangey/grey undertones. I don't really now how to explain the colour but it definetly looked a bit off on my face, although I am quite hard to buy foundation for.

Fully blended, sorry about the vein, it seems to go l ike that when I swatch haha

You can see it doesn't look too bad but on my face it just looks a little odd.

This is defenitely a moisturising BB cream, it has quite a strong dewy effect.
The consistency is quite smooth and creamy and easy to blend.
The coverage is ok, it evens out my redness but doesn't cover blemishes exceptionally well, I need to wear a concealer for blemishes, although it doesn't do a bad job about covering under-eye circles.
The scent was a bit of a strange thing for me, sometimes I don't smell anything at all, sometimes I pick up a light florally scent and then occasionally I get quite a strong smell from it which is hard to explain, sort of like milk or yohgurt but less intense, but that goes away upon application.
It lasts a decent amount, but by around 4 to 5 hours in it strated to go a little cakey in some areas and fade in others, but that happens with a lot of foundations for me so it might just be my skin.

Overall I think I give this BB cream a....
3/5

Thanks for reading
