Hello everyone,
I was inspired the other day, while looking through scans of Popteen, Ranzuki and ViVi to try a Cute, subtle Gyaru look!
It has been a while since I have tried Gyaru make up and it was fun to come back to it!
I am still waiting on Boys my Boys over Flowers DVD to arrive, and a nice box from Cosmetic Love full of Korean goodies-review for that soon!

Here is the Gyaru FOTD...

Gyaru and Ulzzang?

Can you be both, or can you only be one??
I don't think you should be tied down to a certain style or I think you would just get bored,
it's fun to sometimes mix it up and experiment.

After watching a few Korean programmes recently (Boys over flowers and Ulzzang shidae) I have been more into experimenting "Ulzzang" or "best face" looks.
Not that I would classify myself as a full blown Gyaru or Ulzzang, I am too lazy haha  >_>
Anyway here are a few pictures of me experimenting with Ulzzang AND Gyaru make up...

Ulzzang

Gyaru

To be fair I don't think these pictures really look much different hehe..
but in person I think it looks much different, less shading, lighter blush, no falsies...ect

I think that they both require skill though to achieve, so I will just have to strife harder and practise more.
I suppose as well it isn't all about make up but clothes are important to. I really want to update my wardrobe soon as it is full of dark colours!!

In other news, I bought a wig off of ebay, I will review it as soon as It arrives!!
It's a dark brown, very long and slightly wavy/curly.
I hope it looks as good as it does in the pictures!!

Anyway, I think I will be talking more about Gyaru and Ullzang styles in the near future!!
Thankyou for reading!! :) xxxx
